Your access and use of the Donate section of Christ Health Care Ministry Website (“Website”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Donate Terms and Conditions”). References to “You”, “Your” or “Donate” shall mean the individual who made an online contribution by registering with the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions as described above. “Christ Health Care Ministry, Inc.” (“CHCM”) shall mean the organization which Donate desires to donate funds to via the Website.

CHCM reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify or amend these Donate Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Any changes, modifications or amendments shall be effective once they are posted on the Website. Any continued use of the Donate section of the Website after amendments and modifications to these terms and conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

CHRIST HEALTH CARE MINISTRY, INC DONATIONS
ChristHealthCareMinistry.org shall provide the ability for processing online donations made by individuals or entities (each a "Donate") through the Donate page of the Website. Payment information is not stored by CHCM or service provider of the website. All such information is retained on a PCI Compliant server controlled by Authorize.net, a third party facilitator of online credit card transactions. For more information on Authorize.net visit their website at www.authorize.net.

You may opt out from receiving e-mails by selecting the "opt out" feature in each e-mail. However, even if you opt out you understand and agree that you will still be held responsible for the information contained in these e-mails as it may pertain to your donation being processed.

You agree to exit from your account at the end of each session and to take all reasonable precautions to prevent others from using your account.

REFUND POLICY
CHCM will graciously refund donations made that create a financial hardship. Please simply contact a board member using the contact us form and we will respond to your request.

USE OF FUNDS
Donations will be managed at the direction of the Board of Directors of CHCM.

How You Can Help

First, Please pray for CHCM. There are many individuals in the Greater New York region who do not have access to healthcare. Pray that these individuals would hear of the CHCM clinics and be willing to participate. Pray for the volunteers at CHCM who sacrificially give of their time, that God would honor such. Pray that God’s love and the redeeming act would be clearly communicated, both in word and deed,, and pray that both physical and spiritual healing would occur.

Second, consider volunteering. If you’ve read and agree with our mission and our statement of faith, we have an ever-increasing need for both health care professionals and others who can speak to patients, drive the health mobile, and provide clerical or other support services at our clinics.

Third, we ask you prayerfully give. The health care we provide is 100% free to the patients. We do not charge them, do not collect fees from insurers, or receive government subsidies. All our volunteers are just that – they give of their time and efforts at no charge. But there are costs to providing medicines, keeping the health mobile functioning and on the road, and paying the overhead costs of providing health care that volunteers can’t provide. The Donation page on our site gives you an opportunity to give right now. Please prayerfully consider doing so.
