8th Annual CHCM Golf Tournament Raises Money to Support the Needy and Uninsured South Fallsburg, NY – On a beautiful Friday, September 15th morning, 68 golfers descended on the beautiful Tarry Brae Golf Course located On Pleasant Valley Road in South Fallsburg hosted by Golf Professional Geoff Walsh and his outstanding staff to enjoy a day of golf and to raise funds for the 8th Annual CHCM Golf Outing.

The 3rd Annual CHCM Golf Tournament to Benefit Those with Health Care Needs

Friday, June 29th at the Mansion Ridge Golf Club when 64 golfers participated in the 3rd Annual CHCM Golf Tournament run by the Christ Health Care Ministry (CHCM) to benefit those who have health care needs but do not have health insurance or the financial resources to pay for needed health services.

For some Americans, just the high cost of health insurance alone, which can run into hundreds of dollars a month for an individual premium, can break a budget.

Christ Health Care Ministry is a non profit that supports three local free medical clinics as an outreach to uninsured adults. Clinic volunteers were led by the Holy Spirit to reach out in this way over three years ago.

Christ Health Care Ministry was founded to address the unmet physical and spiritual needs of low-income residents. We currently support two clinics: one in Ferndale (Sullivan), the other in Gouverneur (St. Lawrence). God willing, we will soon support a third, in Warwick (Orange).
